    Keyboard layout different at lockscreen

    Hi,

On one of my machines I have an issue with login back in after a logout (either manual or by screensaver).
When I try to type my password, some of the keys doesn't work.
I have a Norwegian keyboard layout, and it still shows that it is selected at the top right of the screen.
To be able to log in, I have to select another user from the drop-down menu, then when the screen changes to display all available users, the keyboard works again and I can log in as the "original" user.
I'm using Synergy (same keyboard over several machines) but the issue is both on the laptop keyboard, usb keyboard(s) and the keyboard that I use with Synergy, so I doubt it is an hardware issue.

    I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

    Regards
    Pengatom

Re: Keyboard layout different at lockscreen - and at ssh session

    Some more troubleshooting today.
I've changed the password to one that uses the same keys in norwegian and whatever layout I have, and when logging in via ssh, I notice the same behavior as I've seen when the screen is locked.
Does this make any sense to anyone?
