My flatmates have teased me for years about this, but I have a sort of tea regime - not official, it's just what I seem to fancy on a work day -
Wake up to peppermint green tea
Pick up a really strong black breakfast tea as I rush through Victoria station
Drink normal breakfast tea with milk and one sugar all day until its time to rush back through Victoria, (regrettably no tea here - usually some kind of soft drink for the packed trains)
I get home and have a loose leaf tea - I'm partial to early grey and jasmine white tea personally.
I may well have another breakfast tea during the evening
I usually take a red bush tea to bed - only half gets drunk usually.
