    Different Icons For Each Workspace?

Sorry, I know this has probably been asked many times, but all of the threads I could find via Google were at least two or three years old.

Anyways, let me make my question simple. Is there a way to have each workspace (under Gnome) have different launchers? As in, could my "Workspace 1" show all files in the "Desktop" folder (default behavior), but have "Workspace 2" shows all the files in the "Desktop 2" folder?

    Thanks in advance.
