Well i found a script which uses xdotool to reset the mouse position. It consumes a lot of cpu, i added a sleep command to solve it. It is dirty fix but at least it works
http://files.myopera.com/danitool/li...strainmouse.sh
Code:
sudo apt-get install xdotool
./restrainmouse.sh 500 500 1000 1000
of course you must use your coordinates of interest where to lock the mouse
