Ubuntu theme for XP

I have been looking for a Ubuntu theme for XP, i have to use XP for programs, and i want both OS to look as similar as possible, which is why i am looking for a Ubuntu theme, icons, login, boot screen, to install onto XP, also the shut down button in Ubuntu is really nice and having that for XP would be great.

Does anyone know how to install that theme? The so-called "readme" is just full of crap.

to install .msstyle themes you need to patch some files because microsoft doesn't want you to use themes you did not buy from them. You can patch the system by using the neowin uxtheme.dll patch. google it.

But does anyone know where i can find some Ubuntu human icons, or where i can find them inside ubuntu itself that is the biggest problem i have, well besides boot, i can't find any ubuntu icons anywhere.

P.S. if anyone knows of a ubuntu theme for WLM, Pidgon, VLC, or winamp that would help, thank you.
