Hi,

I tried to send files via bluetooth between my computer and tablet but I got the message "GDBus.Errorrg.openobex:Error.Failed: Unable to request session"

I got it working again after I installed the blueman package writting in the Terminal the following:

sudo apt-get install blueman

Once it is installed close session and log in again or reboot your system.

I hope this helps someone.
