i have five computers. + asus EeePc
my Eee pc has 4 gigabytes.
the others has between 6 gigabytes and 160.
that is :
4 gigabytes.
6 gigabytes
14 gigabytes
20 gigabytes
80 gigabytes
160 gigabytes.
no dual boots all older machines other than the 160 gigabytes and the asus Eeepc .

My laptop has a 60GB HDD, and my desktop PC has an 80GB HDD. These are supplemented by a couple of NSLU2 servers with 300GB and 500GB of storage.

At the moment I have a 250GB SATA in my desktop computer. I have both Windows (for games) and Ubuntu on it. I have given Windows ~50GB and the rest to Ubuntu. However I am running low on space on both and found a nice price on a 1TB SATA.

I'm thinking of installing Windows on the 250GB and give it ~200GB and installing Ubuntu beside that with 50GB, and then using the 1TB as /home

Would this be a nice plan?

My server has a good 1.5 terabytes, about 2/3 full. My main computer has 222(74*3)Gb in raid 0.
