Downloading Safari 3 for ubuntu hardy

Hey when i go to apple.com to download safari's latest version (cuz ff3 is too slow), i dont see a linux version. Is there one? If so, where do I get it? Cuz when I click download, it looks like they only offer the windows version and who wants that

No. I dont think that there is a linux version of safari. sorry.

however, it should work if you use wine http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManage...ation&iId=5293

Konqueror --KDE's default browser-- runs on the same engine as Safari, if that is what you want. But there are many other browsers available.

I didn't like FF3 either, so I switched to Seamonkey, and it's very good. There's also epiphany, galeon, or kazehakase: all available in the repositories.

You could also download Opera 9.5 from the website.

But, if you really really want Safari, I think wine would be the only way to do it.
