Lightbulb Re: [SOLVED] Sony Vaio ID 05ca:1839 Motion Eye Webcam HELP!!!!

I keep the latest r5u870 driver in my Ubuntu PPA (Personal Package Archive) so it is easy to install. It is a DKMS (Dynamic Kernel Module Support) package too, which means when the kernel is updated it will automatically be rebuilt against the new kernel headers, rather than you having to do it manually.

To use it, add my PPA to apt's sources list:
    Code:
sudo sh -c "echo 'deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/intuitivenipple/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc) main' >/etc/apt/sources.list.d/intuitivenipple.list"
    sudo sh -c "echo 'deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/intuitivenipple/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc) main' >>/etc/apt/sources.list.d/intuitivenipple.list"
    sudo apt-get update
    Install the driver:
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install r5u870-dkms
Remove my PPA from apt's sources list (to prevent Update Manager offering you all my latest backport and test packages!).
    Code:
    sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/intuitivenipple.list
    sudo apt-get update

Hi. I've got compilation errors here... I'm using Intrepid & 2.6.27 & x86_64. Attached is the make.log file, but I'll post some output here:
