    23.10 Manual IP

I've tried manually configuring a IP and gateway on 23.10 but it appears to be broken, it removes the ethernet connection from the display (in settings) and then repopulates with the original. I've tried it on two machines with 23.10 (both upgrades) and it seems to occur, can anyone else confirm this ? I tried adding the following under manual: IP: 192.168.4.3, subnet /24 and 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.4.2.

Setting a static IP address in Settings > WiFi works perfectly well for me in 23.10.

With all settings set to Automatic(DHCP), please run and post:

    Code:
    ip a
    route -n
I suspect there is a misconfiguration in your static settings.

    Re: 23.10 Manual IP

Static under wifi worked for me as well, but static under ethernet failed. I moved back from 23.10 to 22.04 and its back to working, its a work laptop so I had to hurry when the issue cropped up and get it going again.
