not able to detect HDMI cable and display

OS Version: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS

Till yesterday, I used external screen using HDMI cable. EOD, I just locked laptop and today morning, I unlocked it and connect HDMI cable, but it's not working. I can't see in `Display` setting as well. I tried with different system, external screen and HDMI cable are working perfectly.
When I connect with HDMI, it blink it and i can see in `Display` setting and in another 2-3 seconds it goes out.

Have you tried pulling the power from the screen, waiting 5 seconds, then plugging it back in?
