Two weeks on

Two weeks ago I bought a pre-loved Acer Aspire V laptop.
I completed a duel boot installation.
Instalation > worked perfectly.
WiFi > worked perfectly.
Adding a printer > worked perfectly.
Getting to screensaver to work, eventually > worked perfectly.
Using Banshee to store and colate my music > worked perfectly.
Bluetooth connection to sound devices > worked perfectly.
I could go on an on but I won't bore you.
My pre-loved Acer Aspire V laptop now has a new lover.

Stories like yours are the sort that don't get told enough. Many visitors to these forums are here because they run into problems, so they buy into the narrative that Linux is ornery. But the vast majority of users have no problems. We just don't hear from them because they have no reason to post.
