No option to connect to WIFI

The WIFI was working fine a few days back. But from last 2 days there's no option to connect to WIFI. I haven't updated anything. The sudo structure of my Ubuntu was messed up and I fixed it. I don't know maybe it is because of that. USB tethering is working fine I am using that now.

I ran the script given to be run before posting here is the result
    https://pastebin.com/cEsxixA6

I have attached an image to let you know what comes in network icon.

Please help I have been stuck for a few days now. I have tried things suggested on stackoverflow and here too but nothing has worked till now.

The card is turned off. Any button, switch, key or key combo?
