GPU overclock on 19.04

Is there any way to overclock a GPU on 19.04? None of the random online software even installs and cool bits breaks everything. Is there any way?

What's your gpu? It depends on the manufacturer. On windows I have amd radeon settings to overclock the gpu while on linux, it doesn't have such. I'm afraid you can't
