1. I don't think so. Provided you're not using them for spam, in which case they will be removed and you will likely be moderated/banned by the mods.

As long as your posts are either on topic or helpful to push the thread you post in in a good way and as stated you are not posting simply to get beans then you can post unlimitedly. If that makes sense.

You can make as many posts as you want in a day, as long as they either answer someone's question, or ask questions yourself. Posts like thanks, that was helpful or that have nothing to do with the question will gain you attention from the moderation team.

how many posts till i can change profile?

After you have made 10 posts you can edit your profile

Can i find this site mobile?

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and in the drop down box on the left, select Ubuntu Mobile Style

Are there emoji's?
