Question Global Short-cuts Don't Work In Xubuntu 12.10

Yet they work with Xubuntu 12.04. Specifically I'm trying to use Ctrl + Alt + T to open Gnome-terminal. At present it is doing nothing in spite of custom keyboard config in Settings -> Settings Manager -> Keyboard. Resetting does not help.

Ctrl-Alt-T Works on my 12.10 (64 bit) Ubuntu installation after I used gnome session fall back. I really didn't like Unity presentation.
