ubuntu 12.10 with win7 - A disk read error occurred

Installed Ubuntu 12.10 on an x64 machine already have a win 7. Now I can login my ubuntu successfully. But when I select Win7 from menu, it occurs that "a disk read error occurred, press ctrl alt del to restart".
I have tried to sudo update-grub, and it could find win7 and said "done" like this:

What should I do next? Is there any method that needn't reinstall win7?

HOW did you shrink the Win7 OS partition to make room for Ubuntu? If you used GParted or used the Slider with the Ubuntu installer, you likely corrupted the Win7 OS -- as that's a common side effect of using Linux utilities to tamper with Win7 filesystems.

The whole disk was NTFS filesystem earlier like this:

The 55GB Ext4 and 2.9GB Swap used to be one NTFS partition in Win7. In order to make room for ubuntu, I deleted this partition in Win7 using the disk tool provided by Win7. Then I installed ubuntu...
I'm sorry, but English is not my mother tongue, and I don't know if I have explained clearly.

Did you convert to dynamic partitions at some point and convert back to basic partitions in Windows? Or is the main Windows partition still dynamic?
Post this if SFS then you have a dynamic partition:
sudo fdisk -lu

You have this shown:

insmod ldm

GRUB2 2.00 recognizes defunct LDM headers from old dynamic partitions

Was drive ever dynamic?
There seem to be some meta-data left on the drive that the new grub2 finds and then cannot boot Windows correctly. Work around is just to create your own boot stanza in 40_custom.
