Can't edit my Ubuntu CE posts

Hi guys,
We finally have a new release of Ubuntu CE out and I wanted to edit the sticky post that I have used over the years for the latest release info.

Is it possible to get that availability back? I like having the latest release info on that sticky posts so it is easy to find the info.
