Why Evolution has too big icons in main menu bar

Hi everybody,

Please can someone help me.
In my Evolution (buntu 10.10 with MacForLin theme), the "Compose a new message" button has a too big icon so it increases in height all the main toolbar. I searched a lot in internet a solution to fix that but i couldn't find anything similar. I hope someone will help me.

PS. I had the same problem when i installed inkscape: all icons in the toolbar where too big.
