currently the signal strength is at 100% but on another same eeepc running 9.10, the strength is only 50%. Every once in a while the signal strength will go back to normal, but most of the time it hangs at 100%.
Is there a way to solve this?

stangly i also have the same problem, i use edimax ew-7728in, ubuntu 10.10 64bit. on a PC
i have no idea about the driver of the wireless card - i guess something that comes with ubuntu. didnt have this with 10.04 LTS.
all the wireless networks that i can "see" are 100% always. i have no idea what can cause this.
