To make a long story short; I was playing Call of Duty 4 on my XP partition and it blue-screened, I hypothesized that it was either caused by my old PSU going kaboom about one month ago which could have possibly lead to some hardware damage or the fact that I recently removed a video card from my SLI(one was enough) about a month ago as well. Anyway, this caused some HDD issues, for a while I was unable to boot WinXP at all and Ubuntu(both on the same disk) printed about 30 lines of errors messages(mostly starting with 'unexpected' this and that) before starting normally, in addition I wasn't able to boot from CDs. Eventually after a few reboots, somehow I could boot the Ubuntu CD and from there I ran fsck which gave me the consoling 'clean disk' report after it checked my main HDD. Now everything appears to be in order.

So, should I be worried about anything? did this sort itself out?

My familiarity with HDDs is pretty basic so I'm pretty clueless about this one.
