I found this program a long while back when I used Windows, it's a CSS tool that has a simple user interface thats pre-compiled as a binary. No work needed, just extract and double click and thats it.

Would be a nice addition to the repository if you can get a source package from them.
As you can see in the screen shot, it's a very well done application. Really easy to use gui and I've tried to crash it, it's rock solid.
