Import an incomplete download to Uget

I can place an incomplete download downloaded by Firefox in wget folders, and wget works with this incomplete download.

Anyone tell me how to import an incomplete download to Uget or other downloaders and continue to download it?

I'm not familiar with the software but their web site does not seem to have any information on it being updated for over 6 years.
