Thanks for your help.But my problem isn't like this.I couldn't find CF-953AX in ubuntu.
I reinstalled ubuntu 22.04.4 lts instead of 23.10.I try linux-image-5.15.0-101-generic and linux-image-6.5.0-26-generic.Also,I upgraded vm workstation to 17.5.1 build-23298084.
