We do have - unfortunately - an application that works with TLS1.0 only.
All upgraded (18.04 and earlier) versions work fine with the "hack" to activate TLS1.0 via openssl.cnf
and apache...

Switched to netplan ... no difference.
Its really funny, starting the backup of the upgraded VM with 18.04 its working flawlessly....
No success with different metrics too.
