    Smile A Clean Desktop

Is there anyway to have desktop Icons (folders, links etc), stay on only one desktop?

This would add a great feature to the multi desktop. For example, you could have a cube with a desktop for each thing you do with you comp. You could organize one desktop for school, one for financial, one for a special project and etc.

    Is there a way?

    Thanks

If it really, necessarily, HAS to be done, like YESTERDAY and you have a few days and an advanced user I think it could be hacked together with compiz and nautilus... But the answer's pretty much no.

You can probably just get rid of all of the icons on your desktop and use screenlets that can be different for each desktop...
