Angry Evolution not displaying fonts correctly...

    Hi,

Not sure if this is an Evolution problem (same behavior in Fedora 9), or whether it's a PBCAK (problem between chair and keyboard....namely me!)

I've installed all the appropriate fonts (MSTT etc) and they work fine in OpenOffice, but whenever I compose an email in Evolution, it looks fine on screen at my side, but the recipient (opening in outlook) either gets a "plain text" email or in Times New Roman. I've specified the font in Preferences->Composer Preferences-> so that Format Messages in HTML is checked and also the message fonts under Mail Preferences is set to Trebuchet MS

We have a strict font/template policy in the office - this is why this is an absolute must. It's a real headache as without this I will HAVE TO start using windows again. Something I am absolutely loathe to do.

PLEASE HELP - not sure where I'm going wrong!

    P

    Thanks for the reply....

there is no FONT tag in the message body, which is where I think the problem lies, but not sure of the cause
