have you tried repalcing the .exe with a nocd version? (maybe try a football manager nocd patch instead of world soccer manager one).

Is it a problem with my configuration, or does the FM Editor run super slow under wine?
Where is the Hall of Fame file when running under wine?

Found it
Under Windows, the file is in the folder
Documents and Settings/All Users/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2007
, not in the game folder.
Under wine, it should be in
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/All Users/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2007

has anyone been able to host a game in network mode or to connect to someone?
hi,
i recently switched from feisty to gutsy beta. i can still play fm 2007 without much problem but there's one small thing. in feisty i used to play the game fullscreen, but in gutsy gnome toolbars still appear in front of the game screen. i remember having this problem in feisty sometime, but i can't remember what it was about and how i solved it. any idea?
