What is mms protocol and how do I enable it?
Specific protocol is missing when I try play internet radio stream on VLC.

According to wikipedia mms is the "Microsoft Media Server" protocol. You don't need to do anything in VLC to enable it, VLC (and mplayer and mpv and a host of others) can use it. Looking through the content of your pastebin I see a reference to a playlist fmsagami.asx. if that's the same playlist I found after a bit of searching (one that contains "mms://122.29.249.8/fmsagami_simul"), you're probably a victim of geo-blocking (unless you're in Japan ...).
