    Salutations!

According to the wireless wiki you should use the wl module instead of bcma:

PCI-ID Supported? Chip ID Modes PHY version Alternative
    14e4:43a0 no BCM4360 a/b/g/n/ac AC? wl

To load the wl , you need install the broadcom-sta-dkms

    Code:
    sudo apt update
    sudo apt upgrade
    sudo apt dist-upgrade
    sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r|sed 's,[^-]*-[^-]*-,,') broadcom-sta-dkms

    sudo modprobe -r bcma
    sudo modprobe wl

We see in your wireless info:
    ##### modprobe options ##################

    [/etc/modprobe.d/BCM4360.conf]
    options BCM4360 fwlps=N
There is no module named BCM4360. Please remove the needless file:

    6.30.223.271+bdcom
Where did you get the package? apt-get? Or did you download it somewhere? Or...?

Your kernel version 4.4.0-xx suggests that you are running Ubuntu 14.04; confirm:
    Code:
    lsb_release -a
This page suggests that the bcmwl-kernel-source version for Trusty (14.04) is 6.30.223.248+bdcom-0ubuntu0.2. https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?s...-kernel-source

Your log suggests a gcc mismatch which would be the result, I believe, of trying to install a too new version of the driver.

    Hi chili
Thanks for the early reply, i get the bcmwl-kernel-source from apt-get. The problem occurred after i tried to apply sary's answer
    sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r|sed 's,[^-]*-[^-]*-,,') broadcom-sta-dkms

    sudo modprobe -r bcma
    sudo modprobe wl

I check my system, it is Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS

    Thanks again!
