Hi Folks,

I am talking about desktop, not mobile!

Is there any known method of adding widgets, like weather information, rss news ticker, a Zabbix dashboard or anything usefull to any of the available login managers (GDM, MDM, etc) and/or lock screens? I am currently using Mint's Cinnamon, but any lock screen will do for me.

Any hint?
