    Ubuntu 12.04 Printer permissions

Is there any way to prevent a user or require that user's password to change the options or properties of a printer on the network. (Samba share)

Ex: Have a color printer that is set up to print B&W only, and do not want a user to change settings to print in color....at least not without that user's password. (the user does NOT know his password)
