Philips GoGear ViBE and Ubuntu 13.10

Hey everyone, first post here on the forums and I've got a bit of a problem. It's been since 12.10 to now, I have a Philips GoGear ViBE and whenever I connect it to my computer it won't let me inside my mp3 player's internal memory...anyone else having this problem or at least have a way to fix it. Please and thank you!
