    Problems with installing Ubuntu 12.10

I use Dell Vostro 1015 which came pre-installed with Ubuntu but I uninstalled it to use Windows on my machine. Recently I installed the WUBI Application that allowed me to dual-boot. However, a month ago, the Ubuntu ( that I used from the WUBI ) crashed, displaying an error message. I uninstalled the program in order to re-install it. But whenever I try to re-install, an error shows up and the setup is aborted. Snapshot of the error is provided below. Please help sort this problem out.

WUBI is not "dual boot". It is limited and not very reliable and probably not even maintained anymore. If you want to dual boot then please make a partition and do the real thing.

I only sell my old computers with Linux on them to people whom I know would use Linux, it would pain me to know someone would remove the OS to reinstall Windows on my old machines. I feel sorry for the machines.
