Ubuntu 12.10 randomly disconnects from internet.

I have a hp pro-book 4730s and am running Ubuntu 12.10 alongside windows 7. Every few minutes Ubuntu disconnects from the internet and then connects again after a minute or so. Thanks in advance.

Go to the software center and download the "additional drivers" app. When you run it, make sure the latest drivers for your wired and wireless connections are enabled.
