    how to use Transmission (example downloading from Isohunt)?

    I use KTorrent, but I assume the way to do it for Transmission is to download the .torrent file from your torrent indexer of choice, then open it with Transmission. Transmission will probably ask you where you want to save the downloaded files, so select the location, and start downloading. It's common courtesy to "seed" when you finish downloading (i.e. allowing the torrent to continue running so others can download it as well) for a time, so you should probably do that. I don't condone downloading illegally, but if you must download copyrighted material for some reason (fansubbed anime in your language, trying out before you buy, short on money, etc), then you should probably use a VPN to keep your IP address hidden.

    Other than that, you'll probably have to ask at the Transmission forums (if they have one) to get a more specific answer.
