Mac OS X Lion machine connect randomly to Ubuntu 10.04LTS server

    Hi,

I have set a Ubuntu server months ago. Have some Windows machines at home and 3 macs. Most of the time, I have no issue with all of these but one... which happen unfortunately to be my main PC set in dual boot : Windows 8 and OS X Lion 10.7.4 (Hackintosh).

That PC may or may not connect to the Ubuntu server, or it may suddently be connected and an hour later is disconnected (and there's no way I can easily reconnect - even going to ''recent docs'' and trying to open). It's really random (or at least, if there's a pattern, I have not found it yet...

We're talking about physical (ethernet, wired) connection through network hubs).

While it may take a while to other machines to see the server, once connected they usually remain connected.

    Thanks for any insight
