10.04 stucks at startup

10.04 stucks at start up with ubuntu purple picture and won't load.
i need to do reset or number of resets , until that works.
I have Msi ex600 laptop
what can be the problem ?

Maybe video driver is the problem. I have similar issue with an older Intel video.
