Never seen a forum like this

Hi all. Iam a Kubuntu Breezy user. About a month back i was totally a newbie to linux. I dont know how to install packages in linux and other stuff. All i knew at that time was just installation. But today i have stopped booting my windows operating system thanks to the strong support offered by the forum. People in this forum are very much kind enough to reply even to the smallest and silliest of doubts and they dont hesitate to reply for repeting threads too. I have to admit that it is this forum that created interest on linux within me. Thank you very much to the forum.

Isn't it great to be free from MS!

I started with Ubuntu 9 months ago and loved it from the start.

Thanks to everyone in the forums (I rarely have to post since someone else already asked the question) I made it through this even though my new system wasn't supported well for drivers (ATI video and SB-Live audio, ect..)

I only boot windows when I Skype my Nieces/Nephew (they like the video feed that Skype doesn't seem to support with Linux).

I agree that this forum is the best I've seen for help, and far more support is given here than MS ever gave me!

This forum is one main reason I am still with Ubuntu.

I also really like that it comes complete on one disk. (and they send them for free)

I run the foldingathome shared computing program in the background. When I was using Fedora I would have to reboot in the morning, because the system would be jerky from that program taking all my memory. With Ubuntu, when I log on in the morning, all works perfectly.

I am one of you all for keeps.
