Hi All,
Posting this question here because I really don't know where's the best place to ask this, and there's a good chance that someone here will have an answer. Asking Facebook directly and...
Sad. This is so annoying. It looks like I'm forced to ditch network manager and install WICD.
Yeah... if I don't move location it's rock solid. The problem is when I move location. I think maybe if I turn off wireless, move location then turn on again it might connect fine and solid. Will try...
Yes, so I configured the BSSID to be the one which succeeded in the authentication. But then when moving around and once it's connected it's all good. But when I move to another location, even if I...
I tried this and didn't work for me. Maybe because all AP are for the same ESSID?
Hi!
I have this same wireless card and I also get this problem on WPA2 Enterprise PEAP network. I've had this for years now, I do think it's NM.
You suggestion here looks promising. I'll give...
Hi,
Do you know if there is a way to make gedit have the highlight misspelled words options always on?
Thanks!
I'm using a ThinkPad W520 with a ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 - 170W now and the lid open/close still works the same way but the dock/undock events has changed.
I don't have time to write down...
As I said, haven't tried so I don't know.
See if you find any useful info on any of this sites:

To be honest I don't know, I haven't tried. I'm using Linux Mint 13 Cinnamon 32-bit which is based on Ubuntu 12.04 but I haven't tried to install this.
I was having a similar issue. When plugging USB headset Plantronics Blackwire C610 X was crashing.
After I updated package xserver-xorg-input-evdev the problem was fixed.
Note: I'm on Linux...
Bump. :(
Modem doesn't seem to be working on Linux Mint 13, therefore I suspect it's not working on Ubuntu 12.04. Has anyone tried on 12.04?
Hey! Did you ever got around this?
I can confirm this worked for me.
Running Linux Mint 13 Cinnamon 32-bit on a Thinkpad W520.
Have you tried using disper?
I use it, and I have keyboard shortcuts for each thing I want.
Example:
Ctrl+Alt+1 = Output only on laptop screen
Ctrl+Alt+2 = Output only on external monitor...
Just followed steps from post #1 on Linux Mint 12 and it works perfectly.
Thanks!
On the API page there's a link: "Feel free to join the Subsonic App Developers group for discussions, suggestions and questions."
Join and ask them, I'm pretty sure that if it's a supported feature...
Most likely yes... but I'm not familiar with that application. Look through the app's documentation and find out if it's possible to control it via CLI. If it is then it can be scripted and...
Yeah it is... and it does work most of the time. It's just some times it won't and I'll have to turn bluetooth off and on again on the phone to get it to unlock.
Other threads I have on this:...
I know this thread is a bit old... hope people involved are still reading it.
I too have been using blueproximity with other "normal" phones and it has always worked like a charm.
But then I...
Bump.
Anyone?
Someone else here using it with an Android phone?
Hello,
I have tried on the SourceForge BlueProximity forum but haven't got any help there so I'm hoping to have better luck on this forum.
I had used blueproximity for years now and it have...
I haven't tried this with 11.04 and I don't think I ever will because I just don't like it and find it very buggy.
To debug this run the bellow command and undock to see what you get:
udevadm...
Thanks!
Have used this on 10.04 and Linux Mint 10 and it works.
