I cannot find python-interfaces .. Am I supposed to add the PPA from somewhere ?

Do you have any solution to this ? I have a Samsung NP550PC and am experiencing the same problem. I want to use Ubuntu as my primary OS but can't do this if the battery life is so bad in it.

For an unknown reason, plotting works fine again after I restarted Ubuntu. Probably some leftover from the previous system update?
