that doesn't work, because there isn't an option for analog headphones in sound output. also, now my sound in general has stopped working. i'll reboot and see if that helps with the overall sound.

it depends on which minecraft you will run. classic should be fine on your hardware, but the beta might run badly. minecraft uses a TON of processing power, and i don't think a pentium will cut it.
