Disable Desktop Zoom

How do I disable desktop zoom? Often I mis-click a vmware window and hit Start+R for the run command in a windows client, and the thing just zooms in and I'm forced to log out and log back (which involves shutting down then starting up several vmware clients, bloody time consuming) in to continue working.

You should be able to disable it in the compiz settings.

You know you can zoom back out with winkey + mouse scroll.
