Opera, Flash, Brightcove problem

Hi, I've tried many other boards, and I can't seem to get an answer that works, so don't yell.

Running 8.04, I have been completely unable to run Flash in Firefox. Finally gave up and installed Opera. Also installed Flash 10. Things worked better, except I still cannot access this site properly:

When I was changing the paths on Opera, I noticed that it had Flash 9 in the /mozilla/ folder. Is this part of the trouble?

Forgot to add that I did uninstall previous version of Flash before installing Flash 10.

It seems that the newest version of Opera comes with Flash?

Is this right?

Anyway, any help would be much-appreciated.
