Every time i start Firefox, it opens in fullscreen mode(I can't see anything,but firefox) and I have to press F11 a couple of times in order to see my gnome-panel

This is a bug caused by Compiz. Try turning Compiz on or off, whichever applies in your case.

I fixed this by deleting ~/.mozilla/firefox
