VLC has changed look completely and Full screen mode.

When I first upgraded to 8.10 - I loved the VLC version - like full screen, then the little thing at the bottomw pops up. Now, that doesnt happen and the normal version has no menus, and is silver. What is going on?

Oh, yeh, a mate just told me about that. That sucks a lot. Is there anyway to backdate or is that not reccommended?
