    8.04 to 8.10

Of the people who upgraded from 8.04 to 8.10 KUBUNTU, how did it go? I have everything working so well, I do not know if I should upgrade or not.

    Thanks

I would suggest looking at the poll at the top of this forum. It looks fairly mixed. I for instance had no problems. My coworker however reverted back to 8.04 after having problems.

    Re: 8.04 to 8.10

I went from 7.10 to 8.04 via on-line upgrade ... result was a somewhat buggy install. Removed then did a clean install. 8.04 to 8.10 was a clean install as well, as all will be from now on. It's a PITA to re-install all the apps and get the "look" back, but worth it from an operational standpoint.
