    I downloaded crossover and am stuck on how to install within my Ubuntu 8.04 ver?

    What is the file extension eg. .deb .tar.gz etc..

    Hello,

    if you have all the files, then inside it has a README file, where you can find all you need. Inside you will find an executable (install.xxx, where x is the version you have). Do it via terminal.
