I am trying to start using Wi-Fi in Ubuntu, and after I'd installed this distribution, i must install drivers for my PCI Wi-Fi controller.

Well, I am using the commands of the Readme, but in the first command, terminal said me: "syntax error in line 44" and didn't install these drivers.

An friend tried to help me, but he can't do anything. What's the matter??

My PC is a Dual Core Intel Core 2 Duo E4500, 2200MHz.
My PCI Wi-Fi is a Marvell 88W8335 802.11b/g Wireless Network Adapter.
I have Ubuntu 8.10, the new release.
Thanks.
