change boot ubuntu logo pic to another one

I want to change the ubuntu boot splash screen ubuntu logo (one above the loading bar) how would I do that ?

You can change this by going to System-Administration-Login Window. Just copy the login screen over. You can 'add' it from the local tab.

there is a version better than this one, called GNOME Art
